There is no will…

5 December 2008 No Comment

There is a law in Spain, the law 7/1985, that regulates the basis of the local governments. This law was promulgated by the Spanish King Juan Carlos the First on April, 3rd, 1.985.

Its article 61 says the next:

That is, translated into English:

1. The Council of Minister, at its own initiative and with knowledge of the Council of Government of the corresponding Autonomic Region, or at its request and, in any case, with a previous agreement of the Spanish Senate, will procede, through Decree, to the dissolution of the government of the Local Corporations, in a situation in which its direction and management is seriously harmful for the General Interests, and that has as a consequence the breach of its own constitutional obligations.

What does it means? It means that the Council of Ministers can dissolve the government of a town, city or village. It was done in Marbella. Why it is not done on the cities/town/villages that are governed by ANV, the political arm of ETA? What are waiting Mr. Zapatero, Mr. Rubalcaba, Mr. Blanco, Mrs. De la Vega, etc., for?

No more lies. What is happened is that there is no will. Only political calculation…
